2. Natural Stone
Natural stone varies in colour, veining, texture, and surface character. These inherent variations make every finished piece unique and are not manufacturing defects.
3. Payments
Payments must follow the method and schedule stated during checkout or in your quotation. Production or dispatch may be held until the applicable payment has cleared.
4. Custom Work and Delivery
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces enter production after specifications are approved. Delivery estimates may change because of production, customs, carrier, or destination conditions outside our reasonable control.
